Utilizing the voltage settings is a simple operation. The upper two buttons of the three are a + and – button.  To change your voltage level just press the button that corresponds to where you want to go. The red LED display will show what your current voltage setting is set at. Up or down in .1 increments from the lowest setting of 3v to the highest setting of 6v. This adjustable feature is easy to access and works very fast and well.

The third button in the group (red button) is the power on and off button.

A quick press of this button will turn the LCD display and the Lavatube on or off. Simply press and hold the red button for 3 seconds and the unit cycles on/off and keeps the last voltage setting in its memory. This is great for accidental on and off cycles. Press hold and viola it’s on or off changing states every time you wish. No complicated choices here and no menu selections to scroll through or find simple and effective. Pressing the (red) on/off button 7 times consecutively will allow you to view the charge state of the Trust- Fire battery. The LCD screen will display battery power in volts ranging from 4.2 at full charge to 3.3 when the battery needs a charging.

One of the unique features of the CSLT1 is that the design will keep Vaping at a constant voltage throughout the battery cycle until the device indeed needs a charge. The CSLT1 also has a protection circuit built in .This “fail safe limiter” is great for 99% of the users that will be using the CSLT1 This fail safe limiter works by not shutting down the CSLT1 if you attempt to run too much voltage through a low-resistance atomiser or accessory but it will drop the voltage down to the 3.5v setting this keeps the CSLT1 vaping but not allowing an overvoltage condition. i.e. “fail safe”

Note Here: I believe that a visual flash or indicator that the current limiter is engaged is needed. If you are using a dual coil or lower resistance accessory that will be limited to the “no fail” it would be nice to know the protection circuit if active is engaged. You cannot override this limiter to our knowledge.
