All prices are in £ sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by PayPal.

Delivery
we deliver internationally, all prices quoted are exclusive of delivery charges. We charge a single fee for one item shipping within the UK Mainland and international shipping fees as applies 

Purchasing
all items offered on our website is subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we`ve accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We understand that some people may change their mind and feel that electronic cigarettes are not for them or that they have ordered the wrong item, so no matter what your reasons are, so long as it is exchanged / returned within 30 days from purchase, we offer the following options:

• You can choose to exchange your order for a product of the same value.
• You can return your complete order to us for a full refund, please make sure you return your order by Registered Post to guarantee we receive it, upon receipt we will promptly return your payment.

Please ensure you inspect your order within 7 days from receipt, on rare occasions an order may have been despatched incorrectly and we will at our cost make good any deficiencies.
