Smoke less clean smoke

 Smoke less with clean smoke

As the senior director of clean smoke innovations, i was addicted to nicotine through smoking cigarette`s like many other people in the UK.

Now at the tender age of only 41 this is my story how I manage to give up a 28 year habit!

I started smoking at school at a tender age of 12, yes just 12,  John player No 6 the cheapest and most common cigarette about I think at the time only £0.30 for ten.

During my school years I be grouping with other kids at the top of the field having the sly cigarette during break times and dinner times dodging the teachers who used to ambush us.

Looking back yes it was fun; unaware at that time what I was puffing on would lead to an addiction that would last 28 years.

During my teens smoking was freely accepted, we could smoke anywhere, McDonalds, cinema, buses, trains, even shops.

Aware of the dangers what smoking does to you, but still puffing on the cigarette, at this time I changed my brand to Benson & Hedges. Addicted to at least 20 a day

During my twenties I was still puffing away and the price of cigarette started to rise so I changed my brand again to Embassy No 1 still addicted to nicotine having a habit of 20-25 per day.

During my 30s restrictions where being imposed in the UK and awareness was just starting, No smoking signs where appearing on buses McDonalds cinemas, in fact a lot of places, but it was still freely accepted

Through my 30s I changed over to hand rolling tobacco as the tailored cigarettes where becoming too expensive, so the occasional trip to Belgium didn’t go a miss, my nicotine intake become a lot more and I was increasing my smoking 50grams every week, I was now becoming a heavy smoker.
